NEVER EXCEED THE 300 LB. WEIGHT CAPACITY OF THE TRUCKN BUDDY.
TRUCK’N BUDDY SHOULD ALWAYS BE IN THE FOLDED AND SECURED POSITION WHILE VEHICLE IS IN
MOTION. NEVER ALLOW ANYONE TO RIDE ON THE TRUCKN BUDDY WHILE VEHICLE IS IN MOTOIN.

Replace TRUCK’N BUDDY over drilled
holes and fasten to tailgate using the (6)
machine screws provided. See Fig. 4
Attach grip rail (optional) to desired side
of TRUCK’N BUDDY using (2) ¼” x 1-
3/4” bolts, flat washers, and locknuts.
Tighten thoroughly. See Fig. 5
Remove bungee securing strap, (See Fig.6),
to unfold TRUCK’N BUDDY to its usable
position. See Fig.7. Reverse this procedure
to return the TRUCK’N BUDDY to its
compact traveling position.
